this is a parallelism example that is correct in mgmat
She argues THAT the agency acts WITH reckless abandon and WITH disregard for human life AND property, AND THAT it should therefore be shut down.
my question is why isn't it
"FOR human life AND FOR property"
the previous preposition "WITH" is not assumed, so they have "WITH reckless abandon and WITH disregard"
I can tell it makes the hierarchy of parallism more clear, but what if there is no hierarchy and just one flat level of parallelism?
What I noticed is that everytime there is only one level of parallelism (unlike the above with a hierarchy or nested parallelism), you would never have "preposition + noun AND noun", but always "preposition + noun AND preposition + noun"
