IMO
1 C(was stuck between A and C,but opted for C as the fund is intended for blah blah...people deposit in fund with the intention of blah blah are different. C conveys proper meaning)
2 D(Good old parallelism rule)
3 E(was tricky...m not convinced.was stuck between D and E but chose E as D slightly changes the meaning.)
4 D(Although is not needed as no contrast is shown in the sentence. E sounds weird.)
