Hello, I need some help with permutations. The question is: How many ways can a teacher arrange their 26 students in a seating plan if three of them are left handed (so must sit to the right hand side of a right handed student or next to another left handed student). There are 13 desks of two.

So the order does matter because they’re in a plan, and you might use 26P2 x16 but I can’t get further than that.
