Individuals who undergo plastic surgery often experience a period of depression immediately after surgery, because pain is high and aesthetic benefits are temporarily low as the body's tissues recover from the trauma of an operation.

high and aesthetic benefits are temporarily low as the body's tissues recover

high and their aesthetic benefits are temporarily low as they recover

high with temporarily low aesthetic benefits in recovery

high, while aesthetic benefits are temporarily low to recover

high, while their aesthetic benefits are temporarily low in recovery

OA to follow after some discussions.
Please explain your reasoning.

high and low are opposite.
to show the contrast we need while!

to recover shows the intent!

high with temporarily low aesthetic benefits in recovery - benefits itself are in recovery?

high, while aesthetic benefits are temporarily low to recover - benefits are low to recover?

high, while their aesthetic benefits are temporarily low in recovery - benefits itself are in recovery?
