The themes that Rita Dove explores in her poetry is universal, encompassing much of the
human condition while occasionally she deals with racial issues.

is it D? I see subject -verb error is fixed here with Themes needing plural verb "are" and parellelism with "ing" words.

A B C have the S V agreement error

E is awkward and breaks parallelism
