Here, we first have to find the prime factorization of 570 as follows: $$570=2\cdot285=2\cdot3\cdot95=2\cdot3\cdot5\cdot19.$$ Therefore, the prime factors of 570 are: 2, 3, 5 and 19 and its sum is: $$2+3+5+19=29.$$ This tells us that the correct answer is the option A (maybe you made a mistake when you added the factors).

Let's break 570 into prime factors:

570 = 57 x 10 = 19 x 3 x 5 x 2

Thus, the sum of the prime factors is 19 + 3 + 5 + 2 = 29.

Answer: A
