Correct use of Pronoun "That"

Several financial officers of the company spoke on the condition that they not be named in the press Reports-

A)that they not be named
B)that their names will not be used
C)that their names are not used
D)Of not having their names
E) of not naming them

IMO A. B, D, E are awkwardly worded. C has incorrect tense.
Have you wondered how you could have found such a treasure? -T

The key to answer this question is subjunctive mood.

Several financial officers of the company spoke on the condition that they not be named in the press Reports-

A)that they not be named --> correct usage that + to be
B)that their names will not be used --> wrong not infintiv
C)that their names are not used --> wrong infinitiv
D)Of not having their names
E) of not naming them wrong meaning

A is correct, subjunctive mood
