A, B are extreme and are out
D is out of scope

Now when I negate E.. it weakens the first line in the stem, "Educ tel is a contradiction in terms"

IMO E

First take: 640 (50M, 27V) - RC needs 300% improvement

Again You are way off the Mark , What does the phrase contradiction in terms mean ?whats the conclusion
