Just wanted your thoughts- I have my exam coming up in a few days. Its scheduled for 1 pm and I usually wake up early in the morning(7-8 am).What do you recommend I do in the morning before the test... I start feeling a little sleepy by 1 on a regular day- probably cause I'm study till then-but I'm wondering whether its a good idea to change my sleep cycle. Also, with regard to the food I take to the test centre- are chocolates and gatorade a good idea?
