The current administration, being worried over some foreign trade barriers being removed and our exports failing to increase as a result of deep cuts in the value of the dollar, has formed a group to study ways to sharpen our competitiveness.

On the GMAT, to worry over X is considered unidiomatic.
Correct: to worry ABOUT X.
Eliminate A and B.

In D, they (plural) does not agree administration (singular).
Eliminate D.

a concern is SOMETHING THAT WORRIES YOU.
As a result, its worry concerning seems redundant.
Eliminate E.

The correct answer is C.
