Total newsletter = 280

During the first hour, they addressed 1/4 of total newsletters
=> 1/4 * 250 = 70 newsletters
After the first hour, newsletters remain => 280 - 70 = 210


During the second hour, they addressed 2/5 of the remaining newsletters
=> 2/5 * 210 = 2 * 42
=>84 newsletters

Answer = D
