I saw this in The Telegraph today and a potential question jumped out at me - GMAT is changing the way I think about everything!!

"It certainly is not our job to avoid writing letters," Mr King said. "It is neither our target nor sensible for the economy to bring inflation down for the sake of not writing letters."

When Mr King (incidentallly Mervyn, the Bank of England governor) says "It is neither our target nor sensible...", should this be corrected to "It is neither our target nor is it sensible..." Would this be a parallelism error if the GMAT were assessing this?
