Dear all,
i just took the GMAT test this morning (in local time). The result turned out as what I expected, I scored 710 in total (94%); 95% in Math and 76% in Verbal. While still fresh, I will write down some of the key elements that help me win the GMAT game
1) Use the Manhattan GMAT Prep: Sentence correction. It is a bible for people like me. I felt like a dissater when starting this section, normally guessing 60% SC wrong. Although no available stat from my official test showed any progress on SC, I felt comfortable during picking answers and it definitely helps.
2) Study in group: I am lucky to have several other fellows who share the same hardship. We meet twice a week; one for doing test and the other for solving problems in OG 11. (Btw, OG11 is a must). Believe me, you will always find some one good outside.
3) Took the whole week before the test day off: I did 6 tests from 800Score; one GMAT Prep test. Besides, I spent one day revising all problems I did wrong from previous and recent tests, and one day particularly on SC, my weakness point.
So it is how I drag myself into a 710 score situation.
Thanks everybody here, (although you hardly see any sigh of me in this forum) you guys are my inspiration.
got 710 today
