Hi shweezy,

Your work experience sounds great, and I wouldn't worry about the classes. Since you have not received a degree I think it's fine, and you can explain it as professional development and wanting to try out MBA classes before committing to a full time program.

As you know, your GMAT is low. I would definitely retake it and then look at your choices then. I don't think you'll have a lot of luck with your current GMAT, though it's hard to say since the process is holistic. It will definitely be seen as a weakness, so best to improve it if possible. I think USC is well within your capability, and UCLA and Berkeley could work out also with an improved GMAT. Stanford is one of the most difficult programs to be admitted to in the US, so I would hesitate to tell anyone that's a sure thing.

Another aspect of your profile I would work on since you have the time, is to add a bit more robust activity to your volunteer/extracurricular profile. Think about an activity where you can take a leadership role and show community involvement. Preferably outside of work and sports.
