Angle ACB = Angle POQ

Radius of circle center O is 3 times the radius of circle center C.

Angle ACB = Angle POQ

If the shaded area of circle C is 2 then what is the area of the shaded part of circle O?
A. 6
B. 12
C. 18
D. 36
E. 72

OP=3AC

Area of ACB=Angle/360*pi*(AC)^2=2


Area of POQ= Angle/360/*pi*(OP)^2

Angle/360*pi*(3AC)^2

Angle/360*pi*(AC)^2 * 9=2*9

r2 = 3r1

area of sector = angle/360 * pi *r^2
area of small shaded region = angle/360 * pi * r1^2 = 2
area of large shaded region = angle/360 * pi * r2^2

angle/360 * pi * r2^2
=angle/360 * pi *9 r1^2
=9*2 = 18
