E is incorrect because option D is correct :)

on a serious note:--

If you see option E --illogically saying that 'good eating habits desire to be as thin as possible'

How can eating habits desire of something?

Also, E starts with 'because' -- i read somewhere (in a different SC) that it makes the sentence awkward... I personally feel that there is no problem with 'they' here.
