Diving the inequality by 5, we get x > (4/5)y + 1
x > 80% of y + 1; we can convert 4/5 in percent; (4/5)*100% = 80%
We see that x is greater than 80% of y and some quantity (1). since x and y are positive, it obvious that x is greater than 75% of y. Sufficient.
(2) x = 6
We do not have any information about y. Insufficient.
