I got 500 in my kaplan diagnostic exam. At that time, I had NO
knowledge and no idea of what GMAT. Kaplan brushed my skills to a
great extent. After completing Kaplan's course, i had to abroad My prepration came to a halt, but i started
everything all over again.

Now, after practicing Official guide questions and kaplan strategies,
I started getting around 580 in my Kaplan CAT. In manhattan GMAT, I
got 650 just few days ago.

HOwever, 2 days ago, i took GMAT prep exam and got a disastrous 550!
Two days later (yesterday), i took princeton review exam, and got
horrible 450.

I can't seem to find the reason that after practicing and learning so
much, my scores suddenly went down. I am using following books for
preparation::

OG (completed once. will start it tomorow again)
GMAT board's verbal & quant review (will start next week)
Manhattan GMAT's advance math questions + Kaplan's advance math questions
Manhattan GMAT's strategy guides

I will appreciate your suggestions on how to fix this U turn ....620 to 440!!
my target is 700+.

Many students find that their scores go down after they learn a lot of new material but haven't had sufficient time to internalize it, since they try to apply strategies and methods that they aren't 100% comfortable with yet. Keep up the practicing and it will pay off.

this could be very true. in last couple of weeks, i have been reading new books...learning new strategies & taking practice exams. my practice for quant & verbal is almost negligible in last few days.

from today onwards, i am going to just practice from OG11 & Quant & verbal review.

THANK YOU SO MUCJ!!
