Easy PEMDAS questions but I cant get the right answer

If the question is
54/6[/img]3-3(5-13) then I would solve this way.
first half
54/6[img]3
ie 9x3 =36

second half

3(5-13)
3(8)
3x8=24

36-24=12

Is the answer =12

If the 54/6 is by itself then the correct solution is as follows:

Move Left to Right with Multiplication/Division

Left Side:

54/6 = 9

9 * 3 = 27

Right Side:

-15 + 39

Combine: 27 - 15 + 39 = 51
