Hi guys,

I need a Guidance, I am a MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM),also a FRM ( Financial Risk Manager) from GARP. I am looking to do my Phd/MS(Research) in Finance at top 10 US / Europe Universities. I also have a strong academic scores in my UG as well as PG. But I took my GMAT yesterday and I didnt do well. I scored 710 with (Quants -50, Verbal-35),after preparing for a month , Please Guide me do I need to retake GMAT again or can I apply with this score. Also which universities can I target. I am looking for Phd ( Finance , Strategy) while MS ( Finance, esp COmputational Finance), Thank you

Between I also have a work ex of about 6 months in a top Investment bank in India and also a couple of internships at some good comps

You're an IIM grad? I don't think you have anything to worry about!

@above.. if u r trying for MBA, the problem could be with your balance (Verbal<80 percentile) else if ur profile is good enough I think its competent enough for top 10... My case I am trying for Phd where the avg scores are in range of 745 and 760
