Roselyn's age = 9 years implies Quito's age = 10 + (3 * 9) = 37 years
Pauline's age = (2 * 37) - 5 = 69 years
Difference between Pauline's and Quito's ages = 69 - 37 = 32 years

The correct answer is C.
