Hi everyone,
Several of the programs I will be applying to have both a Finance and an International Studies concentration.
I currently work for a mid-size commercial bank that is part of a large, international financial group.
My post-MBA goal is to continue in the banking industry, but to find a management position that also has an international function. One plausible option would be to stay within the parent of my current company, which is headquartered in Japan but has offices worldwide. Other options I would be interested in would be in an organization such as the World Bank or the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Â Given these goals, and presuming I can't have two concentrations, do you think I would be better served in Finance or International Studies? Â Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
