Your quant split may not be an issue. It would be hard to give you a thoughtful response without knowing about your total profile. Perhaps you have a stellar gpa, perhaps your job performance has been stand out and numbers driven...

The best advice is ask yourself if you left meat on that gmat bone. If the answer is no, and you got about the best you expected to get on the quant based on practice tests, then leave it alone and focus on other application components. But if you can bump up the score, then yes reconsider taking the test so as to maximize your chances if you are shooting high in the rankings.

I majored in Finance in undergrad and did some quantitative courses...marks in the B's and I will try to highlight my analytical skills at my management consulting job where I have done things like run queries, spreadsheet analysis, benefit calculations, business cases, etc.

If you had been scoring 750+ on practice exams and feel the 720 was especially low then you could retake the test since schools only factor the highest score.

However, if you are applying this year, better to focus on producing the best application possible as a 720 is still a good score.

Thank you for the tips! I am applying this fall and I WISH I was scoring 750+ on all my practice exams, lol, but unfortunately that was not the case.

I think I will stick with this score then for this year.
