According to a study, after a week of high-altitude living, twenty men had slimmed down. The men, middle-aged residents of low-altitude areas, had been taken to a research station at 2,650 meters (8,694 feet) above sea level. A: Clear line here saying that decrease in oxygen decreases appetite which could decrease a person's intake, reducing weight
B: Does not explain why it is oxygen causes a decrease in weight
C: Actually opposite to the argument, that would be another reason (not oxygen) that causes a decrease in weight
D: Cannot assume that it is a decrease in oxygen that causes decreased ability to exercise
E: Does not support that it was the oxygen that decreases weight
