say the candy weighed 100 ouces, and it cost 100 dollars. :D

if the weight was reduced by 20%, now it weighs 80 ounces.

so it used to cost 1 dollar per ounce, now it costs 5/4 dollars, or 1+1/4, so the increase is 1/4 or 25%.
Answer is E
