Hi,

its the 2nd option... in fact there is severe penalty for not attempting.It is clearly mentioned on their website.

Generally speaking, if you are falling short of time:

a) Leave questions unanswered in Verbal

b) Guess to the best of your ability in Quant (and don't leave any question unanswered)

I have read this information on multiple forums but i have never come across this thing.
