Test's are different scores..

by hopefulmba » Thu Nov 01, 2007 9:33 pm
I took the entire 800score exam and at first after months and months of studying on and off i got a 630.

Then i went down to a 600

today i took a whole 800 exam and got a 530...

for some reason i feel a bit uneasy. I got q 26 (not good at all) and v 38.

I am not even motivated to take the actual gmat prep test....i did all the OG problems in the quantitative book but this is becoming a bit discouraging.

Any advice?

I recommend that you stop using 800Score material--it's said that these questions aren't accurate representations of the actual GMAT.

Definitely take a GMATPrep test to see how you stand! And practice with: OG, Kaplan, PR, Manhattan GMAT.

I also did take an Arco exam where i scored a 560....

I think that I feel pretty prepared I did do almost 90% of the math questions in the quant OG book from the GMAT. I was able to go through them and really work on my weaknesses.

Verbal I enjoy more than anything I know my weakness there is the sentence correction.

I wanted to take a GMAT prep exam but I am too nervous right now and I know if I take it I will just do poorly. I will try tomorrow and see how I do.
