Strategy for boldface question...

I have a big problem whenever the boldface questions approach. I seem to get lost for most of the time

Does anyone have good strategies to crack them?

BOLD PHRASE question has 2 opposing views and their evidence.

1,identify 2 opposing views
2, identify evidence of the 2 views

now you can solve it.
