Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that they not be named in the press reports.

A. that they not be named
B. that their names will not be used
C. that their names are not used
D. of not having their names
E. of not naming them



before peeps start asking for the OA, the OA is A.

it's subjunctive.. condition that doesn't take indicative verb rather it requires verb to be in the form 'to be'

Hey guys,

i searched this question on this forum, and found different answers...some say actual ans is 'a', while some say its 'c' ...In fact I have few gmat test papers, and in that it is 'e'.

whats the correct ans from yr source?
