So, what's a faut-pas in this section?
Would it be frowned upon if I said the truth about leaving because the co I was at was a black-box and I was concerned about it being legit? (Or, as I put it in my "reason for leaving" section, it "lacked transparency, questions were discouraged, feedback non-existent, and as a result, employee morale very low"). Or, does that say to the AdCom that a) I can't stick it out or b) bring about a change in the organization that would warrant staying?
Seriously, the place was shady, and during the time I was there, 5 of the 15 people in our office quit...
