Weekly versus monthly strategy?

Hey,

After researching quite a bit about the various study schedules I can employ during my GMAT study (which begins tomorrow), I have decided that I will create a 'weekly' study schedule and only assess my next weeks schedule based on my performance for that week. Is that a risky/safe way of handling the situation?

Should I rather build a monthly schedule 30 days out?

What's the optimal way of tasking this?

Hello,

Welcome to the club. I would say have the big picture of what you need to cover over all. I would suggest to focus on weekly plane than the monthly plan. I even make two day plane especially for quant, SC, and CR. For example, I tackle all assumption issues only and review the OG for CR on assumption questions. This seems to work for me so far.
