Hi All I am posting a pretty unconventional post perhaps. Hypothetically, what role does a board member play in a B-scool application.
Also would it help having the same person as your referral

Similarly, a candidate that the AdComs weren’t sure of might have such a winning charisma and tight, solid answers to the interview questions that they can’t help but let them in.
