Setting up a corporation requires more paperwork and legal provision than to establish either a proprietorship or partnership.

A) than to establish either a proprietorship or partnership.
B) than what it requires to establish either a proprietorship or a partnership.
C) than establishing either a proprietorship or a partnership.

I marked B while practicing. I somehow got confused and thought that the comparison is between the paperwork required while setting up 2 things :( :(
