15 homes were sold. Average price was 150k, median was 130k which of the following is true

I. At least one of the homes was sold for more than 165k

II. At least one of the homes was sold between 130k and 150k

III. At least one of the homes was sold for less than 130k

A. I
B. II
C. III
D. I & II
E. I & III

A IMO

Only 1 provable. Take 8 houses having value 130 k. The remaining houses > 165k

If all the houses are 130k or 1210/7 (what you get from taking 8 houses as 130k and subtracting the value of 8 houses at 130k from 15*150k), statement 2 and 3 are not required to be true.
