OG11, Data Sufficiency, Question 69

Is OG11, Data Sufficiency, Question 69 solution A) wrong? Shouldnt the solution be D?

1) Sufficient

2) Sufficient - Because a total of 100 tickets were sold. So if Sandy sold 8% of all raffle tickets, Paula sold 92 tickets.

Am i missing something?

Tickets sold by Paula and Sandy is not ALL the tickets sold by club X. P and S sold 100 tickets. All tickets could be 500 so 2 is not sufficient b/c you don't know how many tickets were sold in total.

Read the problem: P and S were AMONG THOSE PEOPLE. There we others.
