{A} - INCORRECT; "cows" are not producing... as sentence is not saying farmers who are taking care
{B} - INCORRECT; "them" and "cow" doesn't go
{C} - INCORRECT; "provided" & "milking them" are not parallel
{D} - INCORRECT; "them" and "cow" doesn't go
{E} - CORRECT
