GMAT Strategy for score improvement from 680

Hi guys

Just gave my gmat today and performed miserably with a score of 680 (Q49,V34).

Need suggestions to improve the score to around 720.

During practice exams as well, I was facing problems in SC.

I guess that was it.

Anyways any help would be appreciated.
