Apologies if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find an answer to this question on the forums. I took the GMAT this afternoon and although I did alright, I cancelled my scores and plan to take the test again, since the only real risk is the reinstatement fee.
The question I have is:
Does anyone know what order the scores are shown on screen after completing the test? I took it at a Pearson center if that makes a difference (they may all be though). I remember my IR score, and know for sure I scored a 40 & 48 on Quant and Verbal, but my mind is playing tricks on me as far as which was which. I'm almost positive it was Q40/V48, but that seems uncharacteristic for me since most of my practice tests were skewed in the other direction. I remember immediately thinking I could have done better in Quant, and feel like if I had a typical performance in Quant that my overall score would have been much better than it was. Anyone know if they display Quant or Verbal first?
Follow-up question is:
If I take it again and go down in Verbal, but up in Quant, will schools at least notice the highest score in each section?
Thanks everyone!
