The OA is D

Solution:

If the contribution is $33 or $48, then 60 of the 80 residents (i.e, more than half of the residents) are willing to pay that amount since each of the 60 residents is willing to pay $50 or more. However, if the contribution is $55, then only 30 of the 80 residents (i.e, less than half of the residents) are willing to pay that amount.

Answer: D
