Urgent Help Needed with GMAT Prep

Hey,

I just gave my Gmat Prep exam on the new version. I was able to see my scores after completing it, but as soon as I presses the "Exam Exam" button, the test just disappeared. There was no record of it anywhere. Is it possible to get it back?

This has been going on for some time now (see https://www.beatthegmat.com/how-do-i-rev ... 24997.html) , but I thought the test-makers had fixed it for the most recent product. Perhaps not (see https://www.beatthegmat.com/unable-to-re ... 55024.html)
