I'm afraid that it is rather impossible to determine th level of the question just by looking at it.

how do i determine which questions to practice that are at my ability

You can work on all of them, you won't lose time even on easier one... you will always find a nice theory or some traps.
What you can do is doing the questions 17 27 37 47 ... so as to get balanced questions.
