x + y - z = 0 implies 2x + 2y = 2z, put this value of 2x + 2y in 2 x + 2 y - z = 1 implies 2z - z = 1 or z = 1
Solving x + 2y = -1 and x + y = 1, we get y = -2

The correct answer is
(A)
.
