E - fragment (as mentioned above); THEY ambiguous (EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES); use of ANOTEHR INDEPDENT CLAUSE (they will realize..) changes the sentence meaning completely

B - EMPLOYEES BALANCING HOME AND WORK RESPONSIBILITIES suggests that BENEFITS PERMIT ONLY TO employees who are balancing home and work responsibilities (note, BALANCING modifies EMPLOYEES that suggests EMPLOYEES ARE BALANCING - A different meaning). The original sentence says PERMIT IS TO BALANCE.
