A study has shown that during horseplay, non-human primates, like rhesus monkeys, who have always lacked the morphological structures necessary to display tossing-like motions and have thus never thrown nonetheless react to movements related to throwing just as quickly and in the same way as humans do, and that they will make spontaneous, rapid and accurate inferences about the potential outcomes of many actions that are outside of both their natural and potential motor repertoires.

The key is to check the correct usage of idiom -- "As quickly and in the same way As" -- only A and C maintains the correct idiom structure.

Option C can be eliminated because of unclear "They"
