Are you sure the equation says 65x = 32 * 52 * 13?

Since 65x = 3^2 * 5^2 * 13, x = 3^2 * 5.

From the options, it can be easily seen that 6 and 13 are not dividing 3^2 * 5.

The answers are 6 and 13.
