logical problem ( sets )

hello everyone,
i stuck in ths prblm sioo i need help !

!) the IGCSE results of 30 members of a Rugby squad wre as follows
all 30 players passed at least 2 subjects ,18 players passed at least 3 subjectas, & 3 passes 4 subjects or more
calculate 1) how many passed exactly 2 subjects ?
b)what fraction of the squad passes exaclty 3 subjects??

PS : the word [i]exactly [/i] is a key for a rule or a method
please show the method used

Number of players passed at least 2 subjects = (Number of players passed exactly 2 subjects) + (Number of players passed at least 3 subjects)

Similarly, Number of players passed at least 3 subjects = (Number of players passed exactly 3 subjects) + (Number of players passed at least 4 subjects)

Hence, number of players passed exactly 2 subjects = Number of players passed at least 2 subjects - (Number of players passed at least 3 subjects) = 30 - 18 = 12

Hence, number of players passed exactly 3 subjects = Number of players passed at least 3 subjects - (Number of players passed at least 4 subjects) = 18 - 3 = 15
