Minimum GMAT score required

Hi,

I have written GMAT and my score is 700. I am in deep confusion if this score is good enough or should I consider writing it again.

My target schools are Harvard, Columbia & ISB for now.

Brief Background: B-Tech from Indian Institute of Technology
GPA of 7.9/10
Completed 2 years of work experience in Investment Bank (Business Side) in India
I have had one international exposure ie. my internship in 3rd year
