Hello,

Can anyone kindly offer some advice as to how to tackle the consortium mission essay? How can one prove that he/she has helped improve underrepresentation in business. I mentor underrepresented K-5th grade kids. In the past, I've also encouraged minorities to go into STEM fields. I don't feel like I have that definitive quality they are looking for. Some examples would be helpful.

Also, what does the LOR look like for the recommender? Do they ask them detailed questions?
