Hi Experts,

I am Engg + MBA graduate and planning for executive MBA or PGP from ISB... having 9+ years of experience in IT. Now working as a Team Lead in reputed IT firm. Please suggest me which one will be best for me..
1. Shall I go for Executive MBA or PGP from ISB..which one will be good for me & procedure of that
2. Or I will stay in my company and wait for better hike in that.

Nobody else can answer that for you but yourself.
People do an MBA for accelerating their careers by gaining business skills and talking business roles within their organizations, or if they want to switch industries or functions with more business responsibilities than their functional roles allows them.You would be the best judge of what you want.
