Hello All,

A short query regarding difficulty level of OG 11 questions after 200 in case of Problem Solving and after 125 in case DS.

I am facing problems in solving these questions.

Ur comments will be highly appreciated.

you ll find more difficult problems towards the end of each section.
@ OG 11.

Hey, guys

Just wanted to echo aim and say it is extremely difficult to gauge difficulty levels of questions. My fellow teachers and I sometimes sit around and debate this stuff (yes, we are big standardized test geeks) - we do this for a living and we still have some very lively debates.

Difficulty levels are based on averages for the entire population of test-takers. Each one of us is an individual with individual strengths and weaknesses. You will find certain hard-rated questions easy and certain easy-rated questions hard simply because of your own strengths and weaknesses, which is why it's next to impossible to read a question and just know its difficulty level.

Anyway, this is just to say: don't get into the "how hard is this question?" debate with yourself while taking the test. You won't be able to tell (so, no upside) and you'll likely psych yourself out and mess up your performance (big downside).

Likewise, don't bother with "I just got a really easy question - I must have missed the last one and be doing really poorly on the test!" You can't tell anyway - so just tell yourself either that this one's an experimental or you're such a GMAT rock star that this hard question seems easy to you. :D
